The main issue here is that I have implants that increase my damage with medium rails considerably at about 9%, combine that with the 5% extra damage per level with the hybrid subsystem and three t2 mag field stabs on top of all my support skills ...

Well, the general consensus seems to be Heavies or HMLs. So that is probably what I will go for even though I really dont care for missles that much. Most of my missles support skills are lvl3 or 4 so it should not be that bad.

Yes, weapon upgrades, rapid firing, motion prediction and gunnery are all lvl5. My medium blaster specialization is at lvl 5. I have no gunnery skills, except for small arty specialization, below lvl 4.

Nothing. It was a ten hour skill. I put it on last night and exited. This morning it was complete and the issue was there. I am going to double check the current ship against the fitting I originally placed on it to be sure nothing has changed.

I recently skilled Propulsion Jamming to lvl3 but my cap depletion time went DOWN instead of up. My harpy used to deplete in 1:53 now it depletes in 1:40.... I ask "why?" Am I missing something or what?
